It is my pleasure to welcome you to Fatimiyah Girls’ and Boys’ School — institutions committed to academic excellence, character building, and holistic development.
With over 25 years of experience in educational leadership, I have had the opportunity to lead several Cambridge schools and work closely with educators to build strong learning environments that encourage curiosity, innovation, and growth. I hold a Master’s degree in English Literature and a Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration, Management, and Leadership from the Asian College of Teachers, Thailand.
At Fatimiyah, our focus is not only on delivering a strong academic foundation but also on nurturing confident, responsible, and compassionate learners. Ms. Seema, holding an M.Ed degree, stands as an invaluable asset to the organization due to her exceptional teaching prowess. Hina Zahid – Coordinator, Learning & Development

Ms. Hina Zahid is an experienced education and healthcare professional with over 18 years of experience in healthcare management, academic coordination, and institutional development. She holds a Master’s degree in Physiology from the University of Karachi.She previously served as a Health Information Manager at Aga Khan University Hospital, contributing to data governance and quality assurance. She later moved into the education sector, working in senior coordination roles with institutions associated with Cambridge programs.
Currently, she serves as Learning and Development Coordinator at Fatmiyah Education Network, leading professional development initiatives and supporting instructional improvement and organizational growth
Admission policy and procedure
The admission procedure at Fatimiyah Girls’ School is a fair and transparent process. The admission procedure consists of the following steps:
- Application Submission: Parents can obtain the admission application form from the school office. The completed application form, along with all required documents, should be submitted to the admissions office within the specified timeframe.
- Documentation: Along with the application form, applicants are required to submit supporting documents which include:
- Birth certificate/ B-Form
- Previous academic records/ transcripts
- Passport-sized photographs
- Parent CNIC & JCIC (if member)
- Any other documents specified by the school
- Entrance Examination/Interview: Applicants are required to appear in an entrance examination to assess their academic abilities. Additionally, there is an interview process to evaluate the student’s interests, aspirations, and suitability for the school’s academic environment.
- Assessment of Criteria: The admission committee reviews each application based on predetermined criteria, which may include academic performance, extracurricular activities, conduct, and other relevant factors.
- Notification of Admission: Once the assessment process is complete, successful applicants are notified of their admission status via list posted at the entrance of the school. Successful applicants are required to collect offer letter from the admin block along with instructions for completing the enrollment process.
- Enrollment and Fee Payment: Upon receiving an admission offer, parents or guardians are required to complete the enrollment process, which may involve submitting additional documents, completing registration forms, and paying the necessary fees.
- Orientation: Prior to the start of the academic year, new students and their families are invited to attend an orientation session, where they can familiarize themselves with the school’s policies, facilities, and academic programs.
Specific details of the admission procedure, including deadlines, requirements, and criteria, may vary from year to year and will be guided by the administration office of the Fatimiyah Education Network.

Which grades/ subjects are offered in FGS?
Students from grade 3 are given admission till grade 10 where two subject streams are being offered i.e. science and general group.
What is the uniform policy followed by FGS?
All students wear uniform from grade 3 till 10. They also have taekwondo and sports uniforms which are worn on specified days according to the timetable.
What documents are needed for admission?
You need to complete the application form which is available at the Admissions Department and attach the following documents to it:
> B-Form (NADRA) of the child
> Result of the child (previous School)
> ID card Copy (Parents)
Does Fatimiyah Girls’ School provide transportation facilities?
Yes, the school provides the facility of Jamaat buses. Private van drivers are also available.
How is the tuition fee charged, monthly or bimonthly?
The tuition fee is charged monthly.
Is there any hostel/ dorm facility provided by the Fatimiyah Girls’ School?
No, there isn’t any such facility provided by the school for the students.
FGS Unit Class Timings
Class III – X
07:45 AM – 01:50 PM
The School day on Fridays ends at FMS (all classes) 12:00 noon, FGS 12:20 pm & FBS 12:30 pm. If there are any special/remedial classes scheduled, a prior notice will be given to parents.
- If the school remains closed on any weekdays due to unforeseen circumstances, the school will remain open on the following, or consecutive Saturdays of the month, a prior notice of which will be sent to parents.
- Students who have been absent must bring a note recorded in their Daily Diaries by their parents/guardian on return to school.
- Minimum attendance required is 95%. Students who are short of the required attendance may not be allowed to appear in final school examinations. However pre-approved leave by the Principal and medical leave as detailed below will not be counted.
- A leave of absence on any grounds other than, medical shall require prior approval of the principal. Such a request should be submitted to the principal at least ten days in advance. Students who violate-non-approval of leave shall be marked as left and would only be allowed back on payment of a fine equivalent to twice the admission fees. Haj applications for Haj-e-Wajib will be given due consideration.
Leave for Ziarat
The criteria for the approval of Ziarat Leave during the academic days of school.
- Last Grade of Mid Term/Annual Examination is not below 50%.
- Attendance is not below 90%.
- Ziarat Leave Application should be submitted at least 10 days in advance to the Principal.
- The leave will be of not more than 15 work days However, the final discretion or number of days will rest with the Management, and will depend on the Academic Calendar events (Mid Terms /Assessments /PTMS /Sports, other events).
- Students who violate non-approval of leave shall be marked as left and would only be allowed back on payment of a fine equivalent to twice the monthly fees.
- Re-Admission Test may also be taken; in case the students’ last grade is less than 50%.
- Similar policy is applicable for other excursion leaves too.
In case of absence due to illness exceeding three days, a registered doctor’s medical certificate should be submitted.
Students are not allowed to leave the School premises during school hours.
A student returning to school after an infectious/contagious disease must produce a fitness certificate from a qualified doctor and acquire an approval from school’s Medical Officer.
